jackpot365 supports GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and debit card. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for deposit where technically possible.

By registering an account on jackpot365, accessing the platform, or using any jackpot365 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with jackpot365's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jackpot365 login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must notify jackpot365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jackpot365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards. KYC verification is mandatory before jackpot365 will process any withdrawal request.

Deposits are credited to your jackpot365 account wallet upon confirmation of receipt. jackpot365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jackpot365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
jackpot365 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be returned where technically possible; jackpot365 reserves the right to close accounts that attempt to circumvent payment restrictions.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jackpot365 subject to the following conditions:

Live dealer game results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to jackpot365 support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jackpot365 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jackpot365 support to seek an amicable resolution. jackpot365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
